1. Initial Purchase & Activation
By purchasing a product with an applicable subscription service, you agree to purchase the product and enroll in the associated automatic refill subscription plan.
2. Initial Subscription Products
The products included in your initial subscription purchase depend on the subscription plan selected and will be specified on the applicable product page. For the Ulike Air 10 subscription plan, the initial purchase includes the main device, two gels, one razor, one pair of goggles, and one travel bag. For the face mask subscription plan, the initial purchase includes three boxes of face masks. These products are included as part of the initial subscription purchase and are not considered free gifts.
3. Automatic Refill Subscription
Your subscription will automatically renew according to the refill frequency you select. Each subsequent refill shipment will include the recurring products specified in your applicable subscription plan. For the face mask subscription plan, each subsequent refill shipment includes three boxes of face masks.
4. Minimum Subscription Requirement
The minimum subscription period is one month. You may pause or cancel your subscription after your first refill order has been successfully shipped.
5. Subscription Renewal & Automatic Payment
Your subscription will continue automatically according to your selected refill frequency until you pause or cancel it. By enrolling in the subscription plan, you authorize Ulike and its payment service providers to automatically charge your selected payment method for each refill order at the applicable refill fee and any applicable shipping fee.
6. Pause or Cancel
You may pause or cancel your subscription through your account on our website. To pause or cancel your subscription, you must submit your request at least 7 days before the next scheduled refill shipment.
If you do not have an account or are unable to log in to your account, you may cancel your subscription by contacting us through any of the following channels: support@ulikeglobal.com (Customer Service email) or Live Chat. We will process your cancellation request within 48 hours of receipt. No refill order generated after your cancellation request is received will be charged.
Upon successful cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation. The cancellation will take effect upon confirmation, and no future recurring charges will be billed.
Pausing or canceling your subscription before the minimum subscription requirement is met is not permitted.
7. Refill Orders & Shipping
Refill orders will be automatically generated according to your selected refill frequency. If a refill order has been generated and charged but has not yet shipped, it may be canceled.
If a refill order has already shipped and you do not wish to keep it, please contact Customer Service in advance. Ulike will attempt to intercept the shipment. If the interception is unsuccessful and you receive the refill product, any return or refund will be handled in full accordance with Ulike’s then-current Return and Refund Policy.
8. Returns & Refunds
The main product, products included in the initial subscription purchase, and refill products are subject to Ulike’s applicable Return and Refund Policy.
Used products included in the initial subscription purchase or refill products are not eligible for return or refund. For unused but opened items, any reduced refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable Return and Refund Policy.
If the main product is returned, any products included in the initial subscription purchase must be handled in accordance with Ulike’s Return and Refund Policy. The associated subscription will be automatically canceled when the main product return is processed.
9. Initial Promotional Pricing
Any promotional pricing or benefits offered with the initial subscription purchase apply according to the applicable offer and subscription terms. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you must place a new subscription order, and any applicable promotional pricing or benefits will be determined by the offer available at that time.
10. Subscription Benefits & Warranty
Subscription benefits, including refill products and subscription-related warranty benefits, are available only while your subscription is active, unless otherwise stated.
The 5-year warranty benefit is available during an active subscription. If you pause your subscription, the 5-year warranty benefit will be discontinued and will resume only when you reactivate the subscription. If you cancel your subscription, the subscription-related warranty benefit will end and will only become available again if you place a new subscription order.
11. Changes to Refill Pricing
The refill price applicable to an existing subscription will remain unchanged. Any price adjustment will apply only to newly purchased subscription plans, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Payment Issues
If your payment method cannot be successfully charged, your refill order will not be shipped until payment is successfully completed. You may update your payment method through your account. Any payment retry functionality is subject to the configuration of the subscription service.
13. Pause, Resume & Resubscription
If you pause and later resume your subscription, your existing subscription price, refill frequency, and applicable subscription benefits will continue.
If you cancel your subscription and later wish to subscribe again, you must place a new subscription order. The applicable price, refill frequency, and benefits will be based on the subscription offer available at that time.
14. Agreement to Terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Subscription Terms & Conditions and authorize recurring charges for refill products according to the subscription frequency you select until you pause or cancel your subscription.
15. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law and Limitation of Liability
Governing Law. These Subscription Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your subscription, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without reference to rules governing choice of law. All arbitration proceedings shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Binding Individual Arbitration. Except as provided below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Subscription Terms & Conditions or your subscription that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with the AAA’s applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. If you reside in the United States, unless you and Ulike otherwise agree, the arbitration shall be conducted in the county where you reside.
Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Ulike agree that any dispute resolution proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, collective, mass, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any class action, class or mass arbitration, or other representative proceeding relating to your subscription. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person or preside over any form of class, collective, consolidated, mass, or representative proceeding, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Small Claims Court Exception. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction, provided that the claim qualifies for such court and remains within its applicable jurisdictional limits.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ulike’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your subscription shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the subscription products giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Right to Opt Out. You may opt out of the arbitration agreement above by sending written notice to support@ulikeglobal.com within 30 days after your first subscription purchase. The opt-out notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your subscription, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement. Opting out of arbitration will not affect any other provision of these Subscription Terms & Conditions.
