You can target upper body, face, chest, arms, and legs with ease. This medical grade device is well manufactured based on my observations and past experience with red light therapy devices. I use it for managing the slight wrinkles around my face and racoon eyes. I started using it twice a day in 15 minute segments. The protective glasses are super dark and do a good job in protecting your eyes. I started to notice slight changes in my complexion after a few weeks of use. Be cognizant this device is premium priced, and in my expert opinion, it is well worth it. Recommend.

My wife and I have a lot of different red light devices, so I ordered this for her to try because she hasn't found a panel she likes yet, and she doesn't always want to use a red light mask for her face. This won her over. She loves that it's a dual-panel setup so it can cover both sides of her face and only have light hit the front. It's more even coverage with this. It is a wonderful 10 minutes of relaxation everyday to look forward to. The product is very well made, it looks and feels like the premium product that it is. I am thrilled I was able to get this, it is helping me to set aside a little time each day for self care. My skin looks better and I feel better for it.

I haven‘t had any skin irritations from it but I’m starting slow with short times and I‘ll build up to longer. The units appearance is very high end. The instructions show the different ways you can set it up and use it but again it gives mostly instructions for face. I’m researching how exactly it can help my arms and legs. I‘m finding it’s supposed to help with pain as well so the next step is I‘m going to try it on my knee and shoulder.

It is on the premium end, but the size, build quality, and coverage area help explain that positioning. I have enjoyed using it as a relaxing part of my routine.
