In the midst of the pandemic, her passion for telemedicine grew exponentially. This innovative approach allowed individuals with limited access to healthcare to receive prompt attention, reducing waiting times to consult with a dermatologist.

Dr. Chacón is not just an expert in her field; she’s also a passionate educator. Her desire to share her knowledge and help others understand the intricacies of skin, its care, and the management of various skin conditions has prompted her to create valuable content on her social media channels and the pages of her private clinic, “Miami Derm,” which boasts over 30,000 followers. Beyond her medical degree, Dr. Chacón is a graduate in economics from Brown University. Prior to embarking on her dermatology residency, she conducted research fellowships at the University of Miami, contributing to several groundbreaking studies in her field. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Southern California Medical Center and later dedicated three years to clinical practice in Cleveland.
