Ulike Faqs:Will I be charged international bank fees when ordering?

International fees typically apply if you’re purchasing from a country outside of your billing country. These transaction fees vary depending on your bank. However, not all credit card payments are subject to these fees, as it often depends on the cardholder’s bank. Please note that foreign transaction and currency conversion fees incurred during the payment process are charged by your credit card provider or bank, not by Ulike. As such, we are unable to refund these fees. If you wish to inquire about a refund, please contact your bank or credit card company directly. We are actively working to find ways to minimize the chances of our customers being charged international transaction fees. Ulike is always exploring improvements to our payment methods and looking for new ways to reduce any additional charges for our customers.
