1. Acceptance of the Agreement
By participating in this Reward Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read it carefully before joining. Participation in the Program is deemed as full acceptance of the terms.

After registering an account on the Ulike official website, you can participate in this Program. Full participation rules are available on the activity page.

3. Reward Calculation and Payment
Reward: Earn $50 for each friend you invite who places an order. The reward is cumulative and settled in USD. Orders that are returned within 15 days from the date of purchase by the referred friend will not be eligible for the reward.
Payment method: PayPal.
Ulike reserves the right to verify eligibility for reward payment. If conditions are not met, rewards may not be issued.
Ulike may fulfill tax reporting obligations and withhold taxes as required. Any penalties or compensation arising from non-compliance by the referrer will be their responsibility.

4. User Obligations
Honest Participation: You agree to participate honestly and follow the rules, without engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate methods (e.g., cheating, fake registrations).
Ulike reserves the right to monitor participation and take action against cheating (e.g., falsifying links, manipulating user behavior, disrupting data processes).
If rewards reach taxable amounts, you must fulfill tax obligations; failure to do so may result in reward suspension.

5. Data Collection

6. Disclaimer
