Ulike × PMOS Initiative – Terms & Conditions

This campaign is initiated by Ulike to support global awareness of women’s health, in connection with PMOS-related initiatives. By combining beauty technology with social impact, Ulike offers participants meaningful digital recognition and exclusive benefits.

By participating in this campaign or otherwise engaging with us, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and the processing of your information in the manner described herein.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date specified above, and the updated terms will be effective immediately. We encourage you to regularly revisit this page for updates.

1. Campaign Overview

Campaign Period: July 1, 2026 — December 31, 2026
Validity: Effective through December 31, 2026

2. How to Participate

When purchasing on Ulike’s official platform, users may optionally add a tip (“Add a Tip”) to support this initiative.
Contribution Amount: No minimum or maximum limit. Every contribution receives equal recognition and impact within the program.
Funding Sources: Contributions include user-added tips, participating KOL support, and Ulike’s matching contributions.
All contributions are allocated to support PMOS-related initiatives through Ulike’s charitable program.

3. Digital Recognition & Benefits

(1) Impact Badges

Participants will receive a set of five digital badges delivered via email (in a surprise format). Special edition badges may be included as part of system allocation.

Note: Badge distribution is determined by system allocation and is not based on chance, lottery, or probability.

(2) Sequential Recognition

Each badge is assigned a unique sequence number based on the order confirmation timestamp recorded by Ulike’s system.
Earlier participation may result in a lower sequence number.
No.001 is reserved for campaign ambassadors (KOLs).

Ulike’s system records shall be final and binding in case of any discrepancy.

(3) Global Impact Gallery

Participants’ masked names will be displayed in the Ulike Global Impact Gallery.
Display is ongoing unless removal is requested.
Users may request removal at any time.

(4) Exclusive Benefits

Participants will receive an exclusive discount for future purchases, effective upon issuance and valid through December 31, 2026.

4. Delivery & Real-Time Updates

Delivery: Digital badges and benefit details will be sent within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Gallery Updates: The Global Impact Gallery updates in near real-time.
Fairness: Sequence numbers are assigned based on system-recorded payment confirmation time.

5. Refund & Retention Policy

Tips are Non-Refundable: As all user-contributed tips are allocated to charitable purposes upon payment, they are non-refundable.
Benefit Retention: All digital badges, sequence recognition, gallery display, and exclusive discount remain valid even if the associated product order is refunded or returned.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

To protect user privacy, all displayed names will be automatically masked (e.g., James Smith → J***s S.).
By participating, users consent to the display of their masked name in the Global Impact Gallery.
Ulike does not publicly disclose sensitive personal information without user consent.

7. Additional Terms

Digital badges are symbolic recognitions with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold.
Special edition badges are system-assigned and cannot be requested or exchanged.
Participants must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
Ulike reserves the right to interpret and update these terms within applicable laws and regulations.
