My Package Is Marked as Delivered, but I Can't Find It. What Should I Do?

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t locate it: Wait 48 hours. Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10 PM. Check for a delivery notice. Ask neighbors or family if they received the package on your behalf. Also, check with your leasing office, front desk, or package locker if applicable. Inspect the delivery location to see if the package is hidden or tucked away. If you still can't find your package, contact the carrier to report the issue and inquire about the delivery details. If the package is still missing, please reach out to our Client Care team at support@ulikeglobal.com within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered. Note: Ulike monitors all claims regarding lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items. These must be reported within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered. For incorrect or damaged items, please submit pictures. Ulike reserves the right to limit or deny reshipment or refunds. If a courtesy reshipment is issued, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
